It should be fun! We've been together so long online that it will be nice to see each other - some for the first time.

My regrets guys and girls. Not only do I not have a camera with my computer but I also have a previous commitment for the day you have planned for this rogue gallery gathering. Not sure if you will be showing up with masks anyway, who knows if this damn virus can't go digital.

I don't think I'll be available. I might have to be out of town for business.

I’d love to visit with everyone, but the weekend is when I have to stay and watch over my poor old mama.  She’s mostly okay, 95% of the time, but there’s times where her mind just blanks out and she’s lost in a fog.  Yesterday she went for a walk across the road to the old barn, got lost, and was unable to find her way back.  I took my eyes off her for two minutes just to set up a doctor’s appointment on the phone, and it took me 45 minutes of hunting and yelling before I finally found her and got her back home.  Honestly, I was about two minutes away from calling 911 and reporting a lost elderly woman with Alzheimer’s!

As much as I’d love to sit and chat with everyone, I just don’t trust getting wrapped up in a video conversation with others, when she might just wander off and get herself into trouble without my full attention.  Maybe I’ll be able to join in the next one.
