retrieving bas from application

I have a program not responding that has not been backed up. The application version still seems functional, so how do I retrieve a bas version from the app so I can edit it in the future. Sorry for the numpty question.

Unfortunately there's no way to recover your BASIC code from the exe.

An option to include it should be doable... Let's hear from the community.
