Launch an instance of the IDE and start hitting ctrl+z until you find what you need. History tends to go a long way back.

If at some point you had multiple IDEs open, each one will have their own auto save history. To reach it, you will need to have multiple IDEs open simultaneously again and ctrl+z in each.
