another parser of QB64IDE bug

Hy Guys
using just a little the QB64editor
I got this while I'm trying to write a demo for another post.

I have QB1.3  revision stable version 96937f0 QB64x64 on Windows10.
Programming isn't difficult, only it's  consuming time and coffee

Since we're on the brink of releasing 1.4, please check if that has already been fixed in the dev build first.

I also have version 1.3 (December 2018) and everything is fine.

Well I must move all folder extra from QB64 1_3 to  QB64 1_4 now!.... and I must copy all Colors IDE Scheme! :-)
