hi Fellippe

I had a quick look at your vwatch program from your repository.

Malwarebytes viewed it as ransomware and quarantined it when I ran your try-me progam in it! :-(

Very odd!!

Hi, @JohnUKresults

Any independent program may get flagged by antivirus/antimalware software as potentially a threat because they aren't so widely available (and mostly because they have just been compiled locally and do not carry a digital signature). vWATCH64's code is open source and you won't be getting any threats with it as is.

It's advisable to white-list your whole QB64 folder from antivirus/antimalware you may have installed.

Let me know if I can be of any further assistance with it!

Fellippe.

Thanks. Marked as safe programs now in malwarebytes so should be OK now  -)
