Thanks Dav. Certainly sounds tedious. You have more patience than I....
Oh. Maybe 'that' could be a future feature of QB64. More than one channel sound production... I know with the old '8 bit' machines that was achieved buy adding the appropriate 'sound chip' but not sure if it could be simulated with software only... Wouldn't it be cool? Then someone, other than 'this' someone, could develop a Music Notation application using QB64... Ah. ''Tis good to dream....
Do you take requests? The theme from Beverly Hills Cops (Axel Folley) that was performed by Harold Faltermeyer. You will need 'fingers of iron' to finish 'that' one....
When I was still living at home, I had an reel to reel tape recorder and an old record turntable. I figured out how to add a slight reverb to some music. Recorder a '45' on the left channel then rewound the tape. Manually moved the tap about a quarter turn and recorded the same music on the right track... It actually worked... Had no idea what I was doing but it worked... Synchronizing the turntable arm and the record button was problematic at best... But it was fun! But I digress...
Looking forward to your next "Chart Topper"....
