Hi Ron77,
This H file is not my own work. This H File is SMcNeill's work. He writed this H file for us, users QB64, if we talking about unusability FILES statement. Exists also next two ways, how to accessing Drives, one with Windows libraries and next with DIR or LS in Linux. How Stewe write this H file and if use Code Blocks, or something others, must say to you he himself. This H file is perfect, because works also under Linux as under Windows.
And if I would recommend learning C ++? Of course I do. I also have C ++ textbooks. Under a thick layer of dust .... I prefer the QB64, for ease and fast run when writing programs. Of course, there are many things that can't be done without C ++.
