I finally found a Copyright License I like..

... the UNlicense!

I think this philosophy suits my personal style better than any other license I’ve seen in the past.  I think I’ll start adding it into my stuff on a regular basis.  ;)

Sounds like the essential "Public Domain" declaration for me, as it is described in Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Public_domain
My Projects:   https://qb64forum.alephc.xyz/index.php?topic=809
GuiTools - A graphic UI framework (can do multiple UI forms/windows in one program)
Libraries - ImageProcess, StringBuffers (virt. files), MD5/SHA2-Hash, LZW etc.
Bonus - Blankers, QB64/Notepad++ setup pack

The problem with “Public Domain” is that it varies as to what each country considers it to be.  If you’re going to offer your code and want to be certain that it’s free to use in all places, with no possible worries for anybody anywhere, you need to include a license with it.

Works that are in the public domain in one legal jurisdiction are not necessarily in the public domain worldwide. Copyright laws differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, both in duration of protection and what constitutes copyrightable subject matter.

Ha, finally had a look on the choosealicense.com website. There are no conditions on the "Unlicense", you not even need to include a copy of the license, which is funny... How one should know about your software is "unlicensed", if there is no need to include the licence?

From that point, the MIT License seems to be the better choice.

I usually place my projects under the MIT license on Github.
