What would be the difference between "Multiple Panels" and "Child Windows"?

I would say the user could move, open and close Child Windows and panels are at discretion of code.

Guys,

Please do not waste time on the "what ifs" about the game... Chances are I will probably not get it finished. I wanted panels because in the past, using different Basic, I could do panels. I wanted them to be fixed because I don't know how to move them. I am using QB64 because QB64 can still use line numbers. The raw program, like bplus's listing, runs without error on QB64. I am trying to modify the game just to see if I can. I prefer to keep everything 'simple' because 'simple' is about all I can do...  I am still learning how to use QB64 and getting used to this 'structured' method of coding... Pong is looking good at the moment... lol *sigh*  Do not get me wrong... I appreciate all the help you guys give and enjoy the 'potential' discussions about coding... I enjoy coding, but what scares me the most, is realising that I need to be challenged. No. I need to challenge myself... I am too used to, "The best way to avoid failure... is not to try..."  I appreciate the patience you guys are displaying... I am trying SO hard so as to not disappoint you guys... I like Pong... lol
Logic is the beginning of wisdom.

Child windows are very possible in QB64 Windows. However, the complexity of the code would be insane.
