I removed all of the compiled exe files from both zip files, I have done quite a bit in the last few days with both the Lotto 649 program, if the lotteries are not your thing , then still take a look at my source code as I am releasing both programs to the public domain today. I have spent 30 years primarily on the Lotto 649 Package, it has very many features, and I wrote all of it myself with the exception of the day of the week function, I got that somewhere else, but modified it to ad either 3 or 4 days depending on what day it was, bar graphs , frequency calculator, variable wheeling system, and many more things are what I have written into the program over 30 years or more, it stated from a random number generator and grew from there.
Even if you don't live in my area, taking my program and modifying it for your own lottery should not be to much trouble, I went from a 49 number , 6 ball draw to a 50 number 7 ball draw and modified both to suit my purposes.
Even if you are not into lotteries, take a look at my program, it might give you an idea on how to do something that you are stuck with, I am putting up just the data files needed and the source code, including a way of encoding a serial number into your own program.
Here are the two zip files, no executables, just source code and data files, all in 2 zip files:
There ya go, two complete and 95 % working packages with data.
