Soon enough, I plan to ride across the United States and I may become lost in a good way. I hadn't really noticed the difference smoking made until I started training.

I once thought about doing that, save my plan was; OH to WA, WA to CA, CA to FL, FL to ME, then ME back to OH, roughly mapquested it at 8800 miles, as you cannot take bikes on Interstates. At the time I could maintain 10mph consistently for 5hours before taking a break. That was on bikes from Wally world(aka Walmart) and would only get around 1500 miles before they would fail; frame fractures, bearing failures, wheel failures, ect. I would still love to do it, though my body says otherwise! (the mind is willing but the flesh failing) would have to find a bike that could stand up to the stress.
Granted after becoming radioactive I only have a half-life!
