I wasn't going to post this after all the ******* hell I went through to solve it, but solve it I did.  I didn't get ANY help on this, eventhough I did ask.

Why the hateful, "nobody loves me, or ever helps me" attitude?  Luke wrote a working example that uses DECLARE LIBRARY and shared it.  I was helping, then you posted, "Converting via normal methods is just about impossible for me.  I give up, but I won't be using the other method either."

You indicated you dropped the idea, so I didn't worry about trying to sort anything more out with what was wrong...  And then you start bitching about sorting it out with everybody ignoring you and never helping???

Kindly remember, everyone volunteers to help when they can, at no cost and for zero profit.  If you want/expect someone to devote themselves to your whimsical needs, you should let your wallet do the talking and hire somebody to fill the position.  At least then, if/when they fail to meet expectations or scheduling issues, you can fire them, hire somebody else who might be more suitable, and not just whine over lack of assistance.
