I would be curious to know how 'accurate' this example is... According to "Trek Lore", the UFP (United Federation of Planets), began in the year 2161 (Day and Month unknown) and is the origin point for the Stardate. This would explain as to why the 'current' Stardate is 'negative'. Just curious...

Oh, I remember LCARS 24.... Great little program... I used to use it on my old Win98 machine... Unfortunately, because I am using Linux, I can no longer use it... *sigh*
I use the official "Star Trek Encyclopedia - A reference guide to the future" as my source for 2161. I knew there were various 'calculators' out there but I was just curious to see how accurate your is... The book also goes into how it's calculated and, believe it or not, how to actually 'pronounce' the stardate... Who knew?

In case I forgot... and I usually do... Good job.

As I have just upgraded my Linux Mint OS, I have not had the chance to install DosBox... One of my many "to do" tasks. I run several emulators that require dosbox and have't got around to installing them either... and the list goes on... lol
