I apologize for naming them .ogg in the first place.  I just remember something important - you don't have to have the .ogg extension for QB64 to play them.  I could have named them .xzy or anything.  In the future I won't name them .ogg.

Oh hey! what an interesting is idea, I probably don't use them for anything else but QB64 so that would be great if it works. I could fix my BlackJack folder for experiment.
