QB64 1.2 Audio Files Major Bug
« on: February 26, 2018, 08:55:50 pm »
Okay, I just upgraded my QB64 to 1.2, and immediately I have found it to be unusable with apps that use audio (.WAV). There is about a 40% chance it will play them too fast, and about a 10% to crash the whole program when trying to play them. The previous version of QB64 I used was fine...

I have now downgraded to QB64 1.1 until further notice.

Please provide an audio file that causes the issue.

You know I am kind of curious how these audio issues hold up in Walter's version?

Hi Taylorover9001,

You wouldn't happen to know Walter? and know about his version of QB64?

Just curious...

BTW Welcome to this forum!

Sorry, this was my fault, because between trying some sounds i forgot copy it to QB root.

This problem is caused, if is installed more than one IDE. Then is possible, that .BAS file is viewed by other IDE used other access ways to files.
