Title: StarBlast Game - Latest Version
Post by: SirCrow on November 04, 2018, 11:23:35 pm
I know I've probably been working too long on the same prog., but I just keep coming up with new ideas, so here's the latest version of my Asteroids-inspired game.  I've added some very cool new features and made it more challenging and fun.  Maybe, just maybe, this'll be the final version that I'll upload....maybe.  Please enjoy:  https://www.qb64.org/forum/index.php?topic=576.msg4272#msg4272 (https://www.qb64.org/forum/index.php?topic=576.msg4272#msg4272)

You are welcome... What's next? You can tell 'me'. I will hardly tell anyone...

Well, I guess next is putting a few demo vids on the YooToobs (a.k.a. the Tube of You) and seeing whether they bring any more interest at all.  But, knowing me the way I know me, I'd be surprised if I don't think of more features to add, thus prolonging work on this prog. even further.

Actually, there are some bugs that really bug me (and I don't mean the Bugs that emerge from the Super Sphere), as well as some ever-elusive solutions to other issues.  Case in point: When the Ship fires and then accelerates, slows or changes direction, the on-screen projectiles' travel will be altered accordingly.  The answer, so far, has escaped me.
