Title: RoCoLoco v1 - Math puzzle game

Getting my feet wet again with QB64 today resulted in this math puzzle game.  I got the idea from a popular math puzzle I was playing online, thought I'd see if I could make a similar game.

You basically click on the tiles on or off to make the numbers off each row and column all add up to the edge number. When they do, they will turn green.  Object is to turn all the edge numbers green to complete the puzzle.  You can change the grid size and number rages, instruction in the source.
