Title: dev 1.5 Incomplete Warnings Listing
Post by: bplus on February 17, 2021, 03:27:49 pm
@FellippeHeitor

You might have found this already, something I ran into and was in the middle of something else to notify but I took a snapshot show 8 warnings and the listing of them got messed up after 4 or so...

It looks incomplete but you can scroll down and more of the 8 appear but it gets more and more messed up such that goto lineNum doesn't work.

Which Git build is it, @bplus ?

I've made sure to add version and build number to the bottom status bar, so I wouldn't need to ask. Bplus made sure to crop it from his screenshot 😂

Please make sure you're on the latest dev build, available today - please let me know if the issue persists.

The version was 64d149b

I am going back to stable version 1.4, I can't keep up with all the changes. Going to miss the Camel and the multi-dim AS

My guess is you hadn't seen the issue before.

Wrong guess, issue fixed recently.

Being on the dev channel indeed takes more work/dedication from testers, sorry to see you go.

The new version shouldn't take long to be available as stable.

I'm a big fan of v1.5 and I always try to have the latest version downloaded. It takes folks from all programming styles and uses to find all the bugs so we can help make QB64 a polished product.

@bplus By the way, the version you had was from 13 days ago (64d149b). The issue was spotted/fixed 8 days ago (7492260) and tweaked again 4 days ago (731e9cd).

You don't need to track every version, of course, but you should always check your current against the latest available at https://www.qb64.org/portal/development-build/

With the storage now moved to a faster server, being always on the latest version shouldn't be so much of a hassle.

OK back to that when I finish this project.
