There’s GB and GiB... two different counting methods.

GiB = 1024 ^ 3
GB = 1000 ^ 3

In Windows, GB = 1024 ^ 3

When Western Digital sells a Hard Drive.  Calling it 32GB and the capacity is smaller than Maxtor's 32GB.
Bam, nailed that one....
