Title: can you un-encrypt this ?

for fun, i came up with my own amateur-ish encryption logic.
just curious how long (or not long) it will take someone to un-encrypt it.
anyone want to try?

The text is too short to decrypt it ...
And perhaps we are in the presence of a fantastic 4096-bit encryption algorithm ??? 😈🐸
