Title: QB64 offline documentation package from Wikipedia ..
Post by: Kiara87 on July 31, 2020, 09:10:21 am: hi everyone i was looking for a program that downloads the qb64 wiki offline i tried HTTrack
unloads it but not completely unloads the less long parts
does anyone know of any program that downloads the whole wiki qb64 offline?

Post by: FellippeHeitor on July 31, 2020, 09:13:10 am: HTTrack would be the type of program for this task, but don't forget you already have the whole wiki downloaded to your QB64 folder in the internal/help folder - these are the wiki contents that you can access from the IDE by hitting Shift+F1.

Also, keep in mind that downloading the full wiki might take a toll on our hosting.

besides this program, HTTrack isn't there another better one that downloads the whole wiki site?

but this is an old version of wiki?
maybe over time there have been many updates on the wiki now
here's the reason why i wanted to download the 2020 version changes something?
have instructions been added yet?

HTTrack is your best bet, though getting just the right settings can be tricky.

do you have a better solution regarding the settings? or a recent copy of the wiki?
