Title: QB64 Wiki application

So I've managed to build a QB64 Wiki application (windows and it's not offline) in Electron in 3 mins :)

To use it, simply extract and then start the QB64 wiki.exe file.
If you want to create your own app simply play with the HTML files or create new ones and with the package.json file (located in resources/app/)
