                         DEPLOYMENT
                         ==========
.
Because I am "not a linux expert" I was rather happy to be
running my executable demos and examples on Mint. I thought
I could simply take an executable, from for example MINT
where I work and develop, to... I have several distro's of
LINUX on my VM-ware. Naturally, I thought I was going to copy
the executable, and the folder or two it expected to run on,
 and that would be that.
.
It was not so easy as simply copying the folder(s) and
 running the executable(s).
.
MANJARO was the first Distro I successfully ran everything on
and it worked perfect. I copied the whole folder from USB
and onto the desktop; reset the "allowed to run" switch, etc.
.
I think I need more successful demonstrations on more than one
version of Linux before I call myself a "Linux Developer",
 ha, but it's a start.
.
I might be too worried about this, and any user of "Distro X"
will in general "just know" what to do to get executables to
 run on his own system.
